What is the Maintenance time on a retwist? 

 4-6 weeks 

How long before I need a shampoo and conditioning after my hair is press, curled or flat ironed?

It is recommended 2 weeks.

How do I take care of my locs?

1. Use a satin or silk scarf to tie your hair up at night
2. Add oil as need
3. Regular maintenance every 4 -6 weeks
All services come with a wash

How often should get an oil, or deep condition treatment?

Due to Covid-19, Mask is required while being serviced it's non-negotiable. If you are not feeling well please reschedule (if you show signs of being sick, or under the influence) your appointment will be cancelled. 
 
 For Clients:
 - All 1st-time clients Must book a consultation in person or via zoom. 
 - $25 dollar deposit is required to lock in an appointment. The deposit does go towards service but it is non-refundable/non-transferable 
 
Tardiness/Cancellations:
 - You have a 20'minute grace period, after 20 minutes of being late your appointment will be rescheduled.
 - No showes will not be allowed to book again.
 - You are expected to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. 

Reminders:
 - if you see no available times, this means someone has already booked for that day & time. Please select another date & time that will accommodate your schedule. ( I don't book appointments via text or social media
 - Keep in mind service times varies based on head size, texture, length, etc be patient.
 - Do not leave children unattended even if being serviced.
 - No pets are allowed 
 - No firearms are allowed
